RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify us immedietly. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Divine Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Divine Auto Parts. In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a full refund for the total sale amount. All returns should reach us before the warranty expires, so as to get the refund. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to any other reasons than the one stated above, (such as customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part etc) returns may subject to a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. Please Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We make sure we Send correct parts. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

WARRANTY POLICY

ENGINE WARRANTY

Engine are sold as complete Assemblies however we guarantee only on the long block other parts such as Oil pan, timing cover ,A\C compressor ,Alternator, starter , Distributor, Seals , Gaskets and Fuel injection or Carburetor may need to be replaced for better performance of the Engine . We also do not promise on miles however we will make sure that the engine is in running condition before it is shipped out.

ECM, BCM & TCM etc. WARRANTY

Computers are guaranteed to have the correct manufacture’s part number, however all modules might need to be Re-programmed before installation and parts like Modules have a replacement warranty only.

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Transmissions are guaranteed to shift fine the gears to be in good condition However when it comes to manual Transmissions the Flywheel needs to be turned before installation. Seals and Gaskets needs to be replaced prior to installation this will give a longer life to the Part.
DRIVE SHAFT,AXLE,SPINDLE KNUCKLE
When it comes to Drive shafts we guarantee the drive shaft itself to be in good condition, we will make sure there are no dents or bends on it. ‘U’ joints or Ball joints may need to be replaced prior to installation.

BODY PARTS WARRANTY

Body parts such as Bumpers ,Fenders, hood & Doors might have slight cosmetic defects as per the age of the vehicle and are not guaranteed to be in mint condition you understand and agree that you are buying a USED part and not a brand new part right ? We will make sure that the part is not dented, heavily rusted or Very bad in condition. We also do not promise on colors or shades when it comes to Body parts

STEERING COLUMN WARRANTY

We guarantee the Steering column to be straight and not to be bent or have any dents on it however we do not guarantee the electrical switches, Steering wheels & coupling Shafts.
CYLINDER HEAD WARRANTY
Cylinder heads are guaranteed not to be Cracked or Warped however this needs to re-machine.

CARBURETORS WARRANTY

Sold as Re-buildable units only..
STRUTS & LOWER CONTOL ARM WARRANTY
hey are guaranteed to be straight and not rusted however we do not warranty the ball joints and bushings..

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We will try our best to deliver your order in 5–7 business days. However Divine Auto Parts takes no responsibilityin delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will shipwithin five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. Damages
